Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g plums, ripe, pitted
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp water
- some cinnamon powder
- 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Boil the plums, lemon juice, water, cinnamon, and vanilla seeds in a saucepan for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Transfer to a screw-top jar and store in a cool place.
