Grandma's potato salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg potatoes
  • 4 large gherkins (with pickle juice)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • ½ ring/s meat sausage, (Lyoner)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 jar tomato peppers
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • Vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with a lot in it!

Don’t overcook the potatoes. Rinse with cold water, let cool slightly, peel, cut into small cubes, and place in a large bowl. Also cut the gherkins, sausage, onions, tomatoes, peppers, and eggs into small pieces and add them. Mix some gherkin juice with vinegar, salt, pepper, oil, and cream, pour over the salad, toss everything together, and season thoroughly.
