Grandma's quick pasta salad 2

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spiral or croissant pasta)
  • 1 small can of peas and carrots
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise, (salad mayonnaise or Miracel Whip)
  • some mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then toss with the peas and carrots. When draining, reserve some of the liquid from the peas and carrots. Dice the gherkin and stir it in. Make a sauce with the salad mayonnaise, mustard, and some of the liquid from the can of peas and carrots. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the salad and toss well. Cut the egg into eighths and garnish the salad with the sauce.
