One serving is enough for one person. For a pre-made bag of mixed salad, I would estimate two servings. Mix all ingredients in a cup or dressing shaker. Use the dressing sparingly. If it’s too spicy for you, you can thin it with a little water. It results in a tart, slightly sweet salad dressing—very little, in fact—that goes perfectly with salads that have a bit of flavor of their own, like arugula, chicory, and oak leaf. These days, it’s not common practice to drown salads in dressing—try it out—I’m sure you’ll love it. Salads need to be tossed until very dry. If the dressing is watered down, it won’t taste as good. Tastes just like it used to at Grandma’s or the local pub.
