Ingredients
Cookie dough - bright
- 250 g Flour

- 1 Egg
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g Sugar
- 125 g Butter
Cookie dough - dark
- Baked cocoa as desired, but reduce the same amount of flour
glaze
- 1 tbsp Whipped cream or milk
- 1 Egg yolk
- Icing sugar, granulated sugar, chocolate, if you like
- Flour for the work surface, baking paper
Instructions
- Knead the flour, baking powder, egg, vanilla sugar, salt, sugar and butter into a supple, smooth dough by hand, hand mixer or food processor. Then let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, flattened it a little.
- Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out small cookies. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper
- Whisk the egg yolk with the cream / milk and brush the cookies with it.
- Then bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 180-200 ° (depending on the stove - try with a test sheet, 12 minutes at 200 ° C are enough for me).
- Let the cookies cool down and decorate as desired. Makes approx. 4 trays / 35 pcs.
