Ingredients
 

Cookie dough - bright

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 Msp Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 125 g Butter

Cookie dough - dark

  • Baked cocoa as desired, but reduce the same amount of flour

glaze

  • 1 tbsp Whipped cream or milk
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • Icing sugar, granulated sugar, chocolate, if you like
  • Flour for the work surface, baking paper

Instructions
 

  • Knead the flour, baking powder, egg, vanilla sugar, salt, sugar and butter into a supple, smooth dough by hand, hand mixer or food processor. Then let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, flattened it a little.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out small cookies. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper
  • Whisk the egg yolk with the cream / milk and brush the cookies with it.
  • Then bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 180-200 ° (depending on the stove - try with a test sheet, 12 minutes at 200 ° C are enough for me).
  • Let the cookies cool down and decorate as desired. Makes approx. 4 trays / 35 pcs.
