Grape and Almond Cake

  • 100 g Grapes seedless red and light
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 200 g Ground almonds
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C O / U heat.
  2. Cut the grapes in half. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
  3. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Alternately fold the ground almonds and egg white into the egg mixture.
