- 100 g Grapes seedless red and light
- 3 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 200 g Ground almonds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C O / U heat.
- Cut the grapes in half. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
- Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Alternately fold the ground almonds and egg white into the egg mixture.
- Fill the almond dough into a small, greased springform pan and smooth it out. Then place the grape halves with the cut surface on the dough.
- Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes. After baking, sprinkle with cane sugar and leave to cool.
