Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Grapes seedless red and light
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 200 g Ground almonds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C O / U heat.
  • Cut the grapes in half. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
  • Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Alternately fold the ground almonds and egg white into the egg mixture.
  • Fill the almond dough into a small, greased springform pan and smooth it out. Then place the grape halves with the cut surface on the dough.
  • Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes. After baking, sprinkle with cane sugar and leave to cool.
