Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 20 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 250 g grapes, blue
  • 250 g grapes, green
  • 50 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Roast the nuts without fat, turning them over, and let them cool. Wash and dry the grapes, then remove the stems. Halve the grapes, remove the seeds, and mix them with the orange juice. Sprinkle the nuts over the salad before serving.
