  • 250 g grapes
  • 250 g kiwifruit
  • 60 g sweet cream
  • 100 g blue cheese (Roquefort)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the grapes, halve them, and remove the seeds if necessary. Peel and slice the kiwis. Heat the cream in a saucepan, but do not let it boil. Crumble the Roquefort and slowly melt it in the cream. Let the sauce cool, stirring occasionally. Pour the sauce onto 4 dessert plates, top with the grapes and kiwis, and serve chilled. A great flavor combination!
