Porridge with apple sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes, wholemeal
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 4 cinnamon
  • 4 apples (Elstar)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Own creation

Bring the milk to a boil in a small saucepan, add the oats and raisins, turn off the stove, and let the oats swell. Peel, halve, core, and slice the apples. Place them in a saucepan with the water and cover. Simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Then whisk until smooth. Serve the porridge and applesauce on a deep plate and sprinkle with cinnamon.
