a delicious treat for your breakfast roll
Wash the grapes, drain slightly, and pick the berries. Heat the grapes in a saucepan with the Prosecco until soft. Then mash them lightly with a potato masher. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then pass it through a food mill to remove any skins and seeds. Measure the juice and add the calculated amount of gelling sugar. Boil briskly for four minutes, stirring continuously, as directed. While still hot, pour into prepared jars, seal, and place the lids on for about five minutes. Then turn over and allow to cool. The lid should crack to create a vacuum. Note: Once cooled, the lid should no longer give way under pressure.
