Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g asparagus, peeled
  • some butter, liquid
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Sugar or other sweetener
  • aluminum foil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Brush one piece of aluminum foil with butter, place the asparagus portion on it, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and sweetener. Place the second piece of aluminum foil on top and seal tightly. Bake in the oven on the middle rack at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes. Leaving it in the oven longer won’t hurt!
