Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 300 g grapes, seedless, white or red
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g Cremefine for whipping (21% fat)
  • n. B. sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g biscuits (amaretti biscuits)
  • 2 tbsp sparkling wine or white wine
  • n. B. cocoa powder

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Wash the grapes and remove the stems. Place the amaretti biscuits in a large, shallow dessert or baking dish (or in serving glasses). Drizzle the biscuits with the sparkling wine. Whip the Cremefine until stiff peaks form. Whip the quark until fluffy and sweeten with vanilla sugar and sugar to taste. Fold in the Cremefine and the grapes. Spread the quark cream over the soaked amaretti biscuits and dust with cocoa powder, if desired. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
