Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ liter grape juice
  • 0.4 liters of wine
  • 1 packet of gelling sugar (2:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine the grape juice and wine in a large saucepan and mix with the gelling sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Then immediately pour into hot, rinsed jars and seal. Note: For blue grape juice, use red wine for mixing; for white grape juice, use white wine.
