Spicy sausage salad in a light way

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g ham or other lean sausage
  • 100 g tomatoes
  • 50 g bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 100 g gherkins
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cucumber juice
  • 3 tbsp water
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch of chives, cut into rolls
  • 1 dashes sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the sausage into strips and trim or peel the vegetables. Halve and slice the tomatoes (I use date tomatoes and then halve them). Slice the bell peppers, slice the gherkins, and dice the onions. Make the dressing from the vinegar, pickle juice, water, and the remaining ingredients and pour it over the salad. Let it sit for about 15 minutes before serving. Note: No oil is needed; the salad tastes delicious as it is. 315 kcal, 9 g fat, 26 g carbohydrates, 32 g protein, 7 g fiber
