Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 grapefruit(s), untreated or well washed
  • ½ pomegranate
  • 3 sprigs of mint
  • 1 liter of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

refreshingly delicious

Wash the grapefruit and mint. Quarter the grapefruit and slice it. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Combine the fruit pieces, pomegranate seeds, and mint with water in a large carafe or pitcher and let it steep in a cool place for at least 1 hour. The longer the water sits, the more intense the flavor will be. We’ll drink it the next day. Serve the drink with ice cubes and a few mint leaves. You can add the grapefruit slices for a nice tang.
