Grapes – Sparkling Wine – Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g grapes, seedless, green, prepared, weighed
  • 200 ml sparkling wine or light grape juice
  • 5 g lemon(s) – acid
  • 1 sachet of Gelfix Classic
  • 800 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the grapes, drain, halve, and weigh 600g. Measure 200ml of sparkling wine or juice. Combine the grapes, sparkling wine or juice, and citric acid in a saucepan. First, mix the Gelfix Classic with 2 tablespoons of the measured sugar, then stir into the fruit mixture. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring continuously. Then stir in the remaining sugar. Bring back to a boil, stirring constantly, and simmer for at least 3 minutes. Then pour into the glasses and turn upside down for at least 5 minutes.
