Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 800 g grapes
  • 200 g white wine
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 1:2

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the grapes and then cut them in half. Place them in a saucepan and add the wine. Simmer everything together over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add the preserving sugar and stir well. Let it cook for 3 minutes while stirring. Ladle the jam into jars. Turn them upside down for five minutes, then turn them upside down and let them cool.
