Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 16 stalk(s) asparagus, white
- ¼ liter hollandaise sauce
- ½ tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
a delicious starter during asparagus season
Cook the asparagus in the traditional way, then place it in a baking dish. Stir the mustard into the hollandaise sauce and spread it over the asparagus. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Then place the whole thing under the broiler in the oven for 5 minutes.
