  • 1 packet Chiccore
  • 1 cube Vegetable bouillon cubes
  • 1 Mozzarella
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • Some cream, salt, pepper, Some white wine, grated nutmeg
  • Chopped parsley
  • Some flour
  1. Wash and clean the chicory, briefly blanch in vegetable stock, place in a casserole pan. Cook a light bechamel, with the specified ingredients, onion and spices, pour the bechamel over the chiccoe, cover with the mozzarella and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Rice tastes good with it. If you like, you can also put boiled ham on the chiccore (without ham the dish is vegetarian) and then the mozzarella
