Ingredients
 

  • 4 Turkey schnitzel
  • 4 Onions
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 3 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 50 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • Marjoram
  • Basil
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onions, cut into rings and roast in oil. Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper from the mill and fry on both sides.
  • Mix the cream with the crème fraîche, stock, wine, garlic, marjoram and basil. Now put the schnitzel in a baking dish, pour the onions on top and pour the cream mixture over them.
  • Now sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 ° C. We had hash browns with it. Bon Appetit.
