Ingredients
- 4 Turkey schnitzel
- 4 Onions
- 200 ml Cream
- 100 ml White wine
- 3 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 50 ml Vegetable broth
- 100 g Grated cheese
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- Marjoram
- Basil
- Oil
Instructions
- Peel the onions, cut into rings and roast in oil. Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper from the mill and fry on both sides.
- Mix the cream with the crème fraîche, stock, wine, garlic, marjoram and basil. Now put the schnitzel in a baking dish, pour the onions on top and pour the cream mixture over them.
- Now sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 ° C. We had hash browns with it. Bon Appetit.
