Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

A quick and easy dessert – when you can’t decide between a cheese course and a sweet dessert!

Grease a small gratin dish for each person with a little olive oil. Depending on the size of the mint leaves or cheese, place 1-2 leaves in the dish, covering them with the cheese on top. Place under the preheated grill and gratinate for a few minutes until the surface is nicely browned. Drizzle with about 1/2 teaspoon of runny honey and garnish with a fresh mint leaf (preferably a tender sprig). Serve immediately.
