Potato, minced meat and sour cream casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g potatoes
  • n. B. water
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 250 g feta cheese
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp, heaped broth
  • some oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n.e. Paprika powder, rose hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel, wash, and slice the potatoes. Place them in a pot and add enough water to cover the potatoes, then add a little salt. Cook the potatoes until al dente. Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Add oil to the pan, add the minced meat and onions, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and fry. Then add the garlic. Once everything is well browned, add the sour cream and a teaspoon of stock. Season to taste. While the sour cream sauce is cooking, dice the feta cheese. Drain the potatoes and place them in the baking dish. Pour the sour cream sauce over the potatoes, then sprinkle with the feta cheese and bake at 180°C fan-assisted oven or 200°C top/bottom heat for 20 minutes.
