Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 orange(s), ripe
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

an interesting dessert

Place a rack on the top shelf of the oven. Set the oven to the highest grill setting. Segment the orange, reserving any dripping juice. Arrange the orange segments in a fan shape on an ovenproof plate. Whisk together some of the reserved juice and the remaining ingredients to make a sauce. Pour the sauce over the orange segments and place the plate on the rack. Let it broil for about 5 minutes. Serve the dessert hot.
