Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 peach(s), halves, from the can
- 4 slice(s) cheese, Gouda, medium-aged
- 4 slices of toast
- 2 tbsp remoulade
- 8 slices of Kasseler cold cuts
- 4 tsp cranberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Drain the peaches. Toast the toast. Spread each slice with a little remoulade. Top each slice of toast with two slices of smoked pork and a peach half. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cranberries on each slice of toast.
