Gratinated Turkey Roast

The perfect gratinated turkey roast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Turkey breast
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Mozzarella
  • 20 leaf Basil
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Bbq seasoning
  1. Put the turkey breast in a baking dish, brush with oil and sprinkle with grill spices. Crush the basil at 150 degrees for about 60 minutes in the oven (convection). A little tip, put all the leaves on top of each other and cut into strips. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices. Then first spread the basil on the meat and then alternate tomatoes and mozzarella. Then sprinkle with herbs as required (Knorr Kräuterlinge garden herbs ;-)) Then put them back in the oven and, depending on the desired degree of browning, get them out for about 15 minutes at 175 degrees
