Ingredients

for the minute steaks

  • 3 Pork minute steak
  • Egg and breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 20 g Grated cheese

for the pepper cheese sauce

  • 2 Red pointed peppers
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 50 g Cream cheese with herbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp Liquid vegetable stock

for the baked potatoes

  • 4 Jacket potatoes
  • Himalayan salt with hot peppers
  • Some oil to your own taste
  • Freshly chopped rosemary

Instructions

  • Put thirds of the jacket potatoes, mix oil, spices and rosemary and bathe the potato wedges in it. Now place the potato wedges on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake crispy for 20 minutes at 150 degrees. In these times....
  • Wash the meat. Whisk the egg and stir in the cheese. Now pull the meat through the egg, making sure that some cheese sticks to the meat. Now turn the meat in breadcrumbs. Heat a little fat in the pan and sear the meat on both sides until crispy. Remove the meat and keep it warm. It is best to wrap it in aluminum foil and put it in the oven.
  • Now clean the peppers and cut into narrow strips. Sear them in a pan with the garlic, deglaze with the cream and the vegetable stock and bring to the boil. Now let the cheese melt in, then add the meat to the pan and let it steep for 10 minutes ..switch off the stove at the same time.
  • During this time, clean and wash the salad, decorate the plate, cover with the meat and potatoes and feast deliciously.
