Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g salmon, fresh
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 2 cl Armagnac
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Total time approx. 2 days 10 minutes

Rub the salmon on both sides with salt and sugar, drizzle with Armagnac, and sprinkle with dill. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 48 hours, then slice. Serve with buttered toast.
