  • salt and pepper
  • 4 chicken legs

  • 1 jar beans, green, fine (whole)
  • 1 pack of feta cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes or wedges. Slice the onions into rings and add them to a bowl with the potatoes. Add the olive oil, crushed garlic, and finely chopped rosemary sprigs. Season everything with salt and pepper, mix well, and let stand for about 1 hour. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika and place them on a deep, greased baking tray. Roast in a hot oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally. After 30 minutes, arrange the potatoes around the thighs and roast for another 30 minutes.
