Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 1 tsp, leveled paprika powder
  • ½ bunch wild garlic
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • 10 olives
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick to make, ideal side dish for grilling

Chop the olives and wild garlic and mix with the cream cheese. Then stir in all the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Delicious with fresh baguette or flatbread.
