Wild garlic and sheep's cheese cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g wild garlic
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 pinch(s) of chili or cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the wild garlic thoroughly, pat dry, and cut into fine strips. Mix the crumbled feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, and lemon juice thoroughly (I do this on a plate with a fork) and season to taste. Then mix with the prepared wild garlic. Depending on your desired consistency, add a few more drops of oil if desired. Note: This delicious spread and dip can also be made with wild garlic paste. You’ll need about 3-4 tablespoons of it, and you can omit the oil if necessary. This way, you can enjoy the spread year-round.
