Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g natural yogurt (0.1% fat)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • e.g. nuts, mixed (e.g. hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts)
  • n. B. Fruits according to season and choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

As a dessert, breakfast or in between meals – this yogurt is simply better than chips and the like.

Combine the yogurt and honey in a pretty bowl. Now add your favorite fruit. I like bananas, various berries, and pineapple. Chop the fruit and arrange it either on top of the yogurt or mix it with the yogurt. Sprinkle with the nuts and flaxseeds and serve.
