Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g potatoes
- ½ cup olive oil
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 10 cloves garlic, fresh
- Vinegar (wine vinegar)
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with bread, vegetables, salad and fish
Boil and peel the potatoes. Then mash them with the oil, egg yolks, and cream until smooth. Peel and mash the garlic cloves, and add them to the mash. Mix everything well. Season to taste with wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
