Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g jacket potatoes
- 250 g sheep’s cheese
- 500 g beans, green
- 4 tbsp Miracle Whip
- 125 ml beef broth
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp onion(s), diced
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Slice the jacket potatoes and dice the feta cheese. Cook the beans for 8 minutes until al dente, then cut into pieces. Place everything in a bowl. For the marinade, combine the Miracle Whip, broth, vinegar, and diced onion; season with salt and pepper. Mix the salad ingredients with the marinade. Refrigerate and let it marinate. Season again before serving.
