Greek Rice

The perfect greek rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Rice
  • 150 g Vegetable broth
  • 1 piece Small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Pepper, garlic flakes, chilli, oregano, tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Homemade feta cream, see my recipe
  1. Steam the onions and rice in hot olive oil until translucent and pour the vegetable stock on top. Cook the rice until it is soft and has absorbed the liquid. Possibly add a little more broth. Fold in the feta cream and season to taste. Shape small balls with a tablespoon before serving.
