Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 150 g olives, black
  • olive oil
  • oregano
  • Vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and shred the lettuce. Dice the bell peppers. Dice the feta cheese. Whisk the olive oil with the oregano and vinegar, season to taste, and add a little more water if necessary. Place everything in a bowl with the olives and mix. Let it sit for about an hour for the best flavor.
