Greek-style Peppers, with Feta Cheese and Homemade Bread
The perfect greek-style peppers, with feta cheese and homemade bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Greek style paprika
- 10 piece Elongated peppers
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 packet Feta

- 250 ml Water warm
- 250 ml Olive oil
- 20 g Sesame
- 20 g Linseed
- 42 g Yeast
- 400 g Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
Greek style paprika
- Brown the peppers on the stove, then let them cool. Remove the black skin from the peppers, cut into pieces, salt and drizzle with olive oil.
- Let everything steep and fill the peppers with feta cheese.

- Dissolve the yeast in the water. Mix the oil, sesame, linseed and salt well. Slowly add flour until the dough becomes smooth, then knead the dough well.
- Place the bread dough on a tray and let it rise.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
