Dry mix for quick salad dressing

Grind the mustard seeds in a mortar or coffee grinder; alternatively, use mustard powder. Mix all ingredients together and store in a clean jar. Directions: Combine 3 tablespoons of olive oil with 3 tablespoons of water and 10 g (approx. 1 tablespoon) of the mixture. Let it sit for about five minutes, then mix with your favorite salad. The mixture can also be used for yogurt or cream dressing. It can also be used to flavor delicious sour cream or crème fraîche-based dips, for example, with rosemary potatoes. The finished dressing goes well with Greek salad with tomatoes, olives, pepperoni, and feta cheese, as well as with Mediterranean pasta salad.
