Dry mix for quick salad dressing

Grind the mustard seeds in a mortar or coffee grinder; alternatively, use mustard powder. Mix all ingredients together and store in a clean screw-top jar. Directions: Mix 3 tablespoons of cooking oil with 3 tablespoons of water and 10 g (approx. 1 tablespoon) of the salad dressing. Let it sit for about five minutes, then mix with your favorite salad. Alternatively, this dry mix can be used to make a yogurt or cream dressing. It’s also suitable for seasoning sour cream or crème fraîche-based dips. The mix tastes great with green leaf salads, bell pepper salad, potato salad, and pasta salad.
