Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of sheep’s cheese (200 g)
  • 300 g rice noodles
  • 500 g vine tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Grease a baking dish. Dice the feta cheese and place it in the dish. Dice the peppers and arrange them on top of the cheese. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on top. Add the sliced ​​spring onions. Sprinkle the chopped garlic on top. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and oil. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 160°C (fan oven) for 25-30 minutes. Tip: Cover with aluminum foil, otherwise the spring onions will dry out too much! This is great for preparing ahead of time.
