Green asparagus and strawberry salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g strawberries
  • 250 g asparagus, green
  • 100 g herb curd
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, light
  • 1 shot of water
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the green asparagus into bite-sized pieces and cook in boiling water for five minutes until al dente. Wash and chop the strawberries. When the asparagus is ready, place them in a colander and rinse with cold water. Place the asparagus and strawberry pieces in a bowl. For the dressing, combine the herb curd with water, balsamic vinegar, and a dash of lemon juice. Pour over the asparagus and strawberry pieces and stir briefly.
