Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 12 asparagus, green
- 8 slices of raw ham
- some crème fraîche
- 1 roll of topping dough
- 1 egg yolk
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Cut the puff pastry into 4 long strips and spread a thin layer of crème fraîche. Top each with 2 slices of raw ham and 3 asparagus spears, then roll everything up. Brush the asparagus rolls with egg yolk and place them on a baking sheet. Place the asparagus rolls in an oven preheated to 200°C (400°F) and bake for approximately 20-30 minutes until golden brown (refer to your oven’s instructions).
