Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g asparagus, green
- 150 g cooked ham
- 100 g sour cream
- 150 g cream cheese, if you like also with herbs
- e.g. Dill, chopped
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Clean the asparagus and cook it in salted water for about 5 minutes until al dente. Then rinse thoroughly in a sieve to retain its beautiful green color and prevent further cooking. Pat the asparagus dry with kitchen paper and cut into small pieces. Next, dice the ham and add it to the asparagus. Then add the sour cream, cream cheese, and dill. Mix everything well and season with salt. Tip: If you like it a little more savory, you can also add some feta cheese. But be careful with the salt, as the feta already contains plenty.
