Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g asparagus tips, green
- 250 g tomato(s) (party tomatoes)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil, dark
- 2 tbsp, heaped hoisin sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Roughly chop the tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the asparagus tips. Once the asparagus has browned, reduce the heat and add the tomatoes. Mix everything well. Add the sesame oil and hoisin sauce. Mix everything gently. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
