Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 Maultasche(s) with meat filling or vegetarian
  • 3 stalks of asparagus, green
  • 2 stalks of spring onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • some olive oil
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

easy and quick to prepare

Cut the Maultaschen into thin strips as desired. Don’t peel the asparagus; just trim off some of the tough ends and chop them into large pieces. Slice the spring onions into thin rings, peel the garlic, and fry everything together in a large pan with oil. If you want the Maultaschen to be really crispy, fry them first, as the asparagus doesn’t need to be cooked for too long. The longer the asparagus is in the pan, the softer it becomes. Season to taste with a little pepper, salt, a pinch of sugar, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
