Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g chicken fillet(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 onion(s)
- 6 wraps
- 6 tbsp herb curd
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 2 tsp oregano
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Wash the bell peppers and lettuce. Peel and finely chop the onions. Chop the meat, brown, season, and remove from the pan. Sauté the bell peppers and onions in the pan, then stir in the meat and toss everything together with the salad. Spread 1 tablespoon of quark on each wrap, spread the meat mixture on top, fold over, and sprinkle with cheese. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 10 minutes.
