Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 pack of green beans
  • 50 ml water
  • n. B. Salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon(s), squeezed
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • n. B. Pul Biber

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes

Light, delicious and practical when the weather gets too warm.

Cook the frozen beans in 50 ml of water and salt for about 15 minutes, then rinse with cold water. For the marinade, crush or grate the garlic, mix the remaining ingredients, pour over the beans, and stir to combine. The salad tastes best when it’s left to marinate for at least two hours.
