Green bean salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g green beans
  • 1 shallot(s) or 1 small onion
  • 1 tbsp herb vinegar
  • 1 ½ tsp sugar
  • ¼ can condensed milk (small can)
  • ½ cup of crème légère, with herbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Trim the beans and cut them in half or thirds, depending on their length. Cook in salted water until tender. Drain and let cool. In the meantime, whisk the ingredients for the salad dressing until creamy. Finely dice the shallot and stir it into the dressing. Mix the cooled beans with the dressing.
