Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 600 g beans, green fresh
  • 350 g waxy potatoes
  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables
  • 1 pack of diced ham
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1 ½ tsp Fondor
  • 1 ½ liters of water
  • 1 ½ tbsp vegetable broth, instant

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with minced meat

First, wash the beans, then peel and finely dice the potatoes. Do the same with the onion. First, briefly fry the ham cubes, then add the finely chopped onion. Fry until translucent. Now add the minced meat and all the spices (except the stock) and fry this until the desired browning is achieved. Then add the soup vegetables for 2 minutes, then add the potatoes and beans and pour in water until everything is covered. Now pour over the vegetable stock and mustard and let everything simmer for about 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
