Green Beans – Curry
The perfect green beans – curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Blanch beans:
- 360 g Beans green fresh
- 2 Pc. Sliced carrots
boil:
- 450 g Potato cubes
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Margarine
- 70 g Diced Bacon
- 3 teaspoon Curry
- 1 Can Coconut milk
with shell in cubes:
- 1 Pc. Apple Elstar
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 40 g Raisins
- Coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon Finely chopped savory
To prepare :
- Wash the beans, cut off the ends and cut into pieces. Peel the carrots, cut into slices, blanch with the beans and baking powder, rinse.
- Boil the potatoes for approx. 8 minutes, drain off, quench.
- Separate the apples, remove the core, cut into cubes.
Here we go :
- Cut the bacon into cubes, fry and add the onion cubes.
- Sprinkle in the curry, add the vegetables and potatoes, pour in, season with salt and let simmer. Add the savory.
