Salad: Italian Pasta Salad with Zucchini Strips

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Spiral pasta
  • 1 Zucchini - depending on how big they are
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 250 g Mini tomatoes
  • 1 Solo garlic
  • 8 Stems Basil
  • 125 ml Miracel Whip balance
  • 3 tbsp Bianco balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Bautzen mustard medium hot
  • Ground white pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, drain, rinse and drain and place in a large bowl
  • Wash the zucchini, dry them and then cut them into long (about 5-6cm) thin strips (juliennes).
  • Peel the onion in half and cut into thin strips
  • Wash and quarter mini-romatonaten
  • Peel the garlic and press through the garlic press.
  • Wash basil, shake dry, separate leaves from stems and cut into strips
  • Mix Miracel Whip with garlic, balsamic vinegar and mustard. Pour the whole thing over the pasta and mix well. Now mix in the zucchini strips, tomato quarters and onion strips. Let it steep for about 2 hours. Then season with salt, pepper and sugar and mix in the basil
