Ingredients
- 250 g Spiral pasta
- 1 Zucchini - depending on how big they are
- 1 Red Onion
- 250 g Mini tomatoes
- 1 Solo garlic
- 8 Stems Basil
- 125 ml Miracel Whip balance
- 3 tbsp Bianco balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Bautzen mustard medium hot
- Ground white pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, drain, rinse and drain and place in a large bowl
- Wash the zucchini, dry them and then cut them into long (about 5-6cm) thin strips (juliennes).
- Peel the onion in half and cut into thin strips
- Wash and quarter mini-romatonaten
- Peel the garlic and press through the garlic press.
- Wash basil, shake dry, separate leaves from stems and cut into strips
